Add Team Members or Users to a Project
With our latest update, you can now invite a new team member into both your Essenvia account and current project at the same time by following these steps:
- Click on the "Team" tab at the top of your Project Manager dashboard
- Click the blue "Share" Button on the upper right hand side of the screen on the Team screen
- Type in the email address for the user (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) and switch their access from No Access to Can Access. Then, click the blue 'Share' button.
- The user that is invited will receive an email to join the project and once they accept, their Invitation Status will change to "Accepted" from "Pending"
Account Administrators (Admins)
